• You've got a lot of hustle.
• A people leader who also knows cars like the back of their hand - and doesn't flinch when the job gets gritty and your fingernails get dirty.
• 5 years in body shop or collision repair management? We thought so. Certifications? That's even better.
• If you thrive in fast-paced environments, if you take pride in making it right the first time , and if you can handle the heat without breaking a sweat - we need to talk.

What You'll Do :

• Keep an eagle eye on the workflow - balancing efficiency, quality, and speed.
• Lead, motivate, and train a powerhouse team.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure every job is executed with precision.
