Who We Are: GBC Autism Services provides center-based and in-home ABA therapy across Illinois and Michigan, helping children with autism build essential life skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Work 1:1 with kids to help them develop new skills like communicating, playing, and making friends!
- Implement structured programs to reduce behaviors while making therapy fun!
- Collect data during patient sessions (with easy-to-use tools!)
- Be comfortable assisting with daily living activities like diaper changes, toilet training, and more.
- Communicate with your BCBA supervisor and be a key player in your patients' progress.

What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Comfortable with physical tasks like running, crawling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Fluent in English for session notes and reports
