Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Represent our client's values, purpose, and brand with face-to-face communication to complete sales with professionalism and knowledge
- Discuss products and services in person with potential clients and customers within the Dallas, TX region to create sales opportunities
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Sales Representatives in training sessions to refine customer relations, sales strategies, and product knowledge
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues efficiently
- Provide detailed product and promotional information, including recommendations based on customer needs
- Maintain up-to-date client records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Enhance the client experience by delivering top-tier customer service and support
Entry Level Sales Representative Qualities and Experience:
- Education: A High school diploma or GED is required
- Experience: Background in customer service, sales, retail, marketing, management, or other client-facing roles for 1-2 years
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Active listening skills to build rapport and address customer questions effectively
