Job Title: Sr. Project Manager (eCommerce, Web & Mobile App Delivery -Distribution / Supply Chain Environment)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of eCommerce, web platform, and mobile app initiative.
This role will manage cross-functional teams (IT, Product, UX, Engineering, QA, Marketing, Operations) to deliver scalable digital customer experiences, including ordering, fulfillment, pricing, customer portal, and mobile workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end delivery of eCommerce/web/app projects from discovery through launch and post-launch support.
· Coordinate daily execution across Product, UX/UI, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
· Manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
· Run ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and status updates.
· Translate business requirements into actionable plans and user stories (in collaboration with Product Owners).
· Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
· Maintain project documentation: charters, RAID logs, timeline plans, release notes.
· Ensure quality of deliverables: performance, security, reliability, accessibility.
Required Qualifications
· 7–10 years of Project Management experience delivering technology initiatives.
· 3 years managing eCommerce and digital platform projects (web mobile apps).
· Strong experience working with:
o Agile/Scrum delivery teams
o Multi-vendor and internal engineering teams
o Cross-functional stakeholders (business IT)
· Proven ability to manage integration-heavy programs involving:
o Order Management / Inventory / Pricing / Shipping
o Payment gateways, tax engines, customer accounts/portal
· Proficient with tools:
o Jira / Confluence
o MS Project / Smartsheet / Monday.com (any)
o Slack / Teams / Zoom
· Excellent communication skills with leadership and technical teams.
Nice-to-Have (Preferred)
· Experience in distribution, building products, construction supply, logistics, or retail
· Experience with eCommerce platforms:
o Headless commerce architectures
· Familiarity with:
o API-based integrations / middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
o Mobile delivery (React Native / Flutter / iOS / Android)
· PMP, CSM, SAFe certification is a plus
