What are the responsibilities and job description for the Development Services Manager position at GBMC Healthcare?
Under general supervision, maintains responsibility for the financial operations of the Development Department including charitable contribution management (online giving, direct mail, EFT etc), financial reporting, analysis and reconciliation, and management of all donor databases.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
Licensure: bCRE recommended
Experience:
5 years’ experience with financial recording and reporting of donor charitable gifts, preferably in a development office or nonprofit business setting. Knowledge of financial and fundraising software, including Raiser’s Edge 7 or NXT, Luminate or other online giving software, Onbase, Microsoft Office.
Accounting background helpful.

Pay Range
$51,351.55 - $79,594.90
Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
