Description
Provide preventative, routine, facilities and emergency maintenance services for condominium complexes and individual owners The 50 plus sites are located in southern NH and Northern MA, Individual (s) will be required to perform tasks that include, but are not limited to; general maintenance, carpentry, drywall, replacement & new window installs, door and lock repairs, deck repair and replacement, painting, cleaning, snow removal as needed, masonry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs picking up and delivering supplies, etc... A strong background in residential construction and remodeling is a plus.
All members of the team are in a weekly "on-call" rotation to deal with emergencies on evenings and weekends. This position reports to the Director of Maintenance on a daily basis. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a certain level of skill in these areas and be able to perform these tasks in a professional manner.
We are currently hiring to fill two technician spots for our southern NH/northern MA properties.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Available to work 40 hours a week including nights and weekends when required
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
