Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

As a home maintenance technician, you'll start from your home and receive dispatch instructions for your first job the night before. You'll complete 3-5 maintenance work orders per day, which may include everyday repairs, rental license requirements, section 8 fixes, and other tasks.
Effective communication and collaboration with the dispatcher, manager, and team members are essential for this role. You'll be the eyes and ears of the company, reporting back any issues or concerns. Your ability to stay focused and complete tasks in a timely manner is crucial to your success in this position.
