Responsibilities

• Assist in the review and analysis of financial reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with audit teams to support financial audits, providing necessary documentation and insights.
• Monitor changes in financial reporting regulations and communicate their implications to the finance team.
• Identify areas for improvement in financial reporting related controllership processes and implement best practices.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations for management.
• Support the development and execution of financial controls to mitigate risks.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on financial reporting standards and practices.
• Other tasks that may be assigned
  
  
  

Qualifications

• College Graduate- BS Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• With at least 5 years of supervisory experience in Audit/Finance or equivalent
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards and taxation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP Literate and Knowledgeable in MS Office
