As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform tasks related to stucco application, trim carpentry, concrete finishing, construction painting, flooring installation, and cabinet installation.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with various construction techniques including stucco, trim carpentry, concrete finishing, and flooring installation is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ability to read schematics and follow instructions accurately.
- Experience in welding is advantageous but not required.
