Description
GCI is seeking a highly experienced Targeter to support operations in a key are of interest. You will discover, develop, and present leads and opportunities to a team composed of multiple disparate stakeholders. You will also lead efforts to develop and implement strategies to gather information with these stakeholders. Your expertise in tradecraft, tools, and methodologies will be crucial in driving this mission toward success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and generate new leads/proposals to advance program-area objectives and review all adjacent data
Present data to senior level audience on an as-needed basis and provide recommendations based on previous experiences
Coordinate information in a variety of databases
Respond to senior-level project requests
Requirements
8 years of industry experience
Batchelor's degree or 6 additional years of experience
Demonstrated success using various sponsor tools and databases to develop work products
Proven success assimilating and evaluating disparate datasets of different types and sizes
Demonstrated success generating recommendations that lead to successful project completion
Ability to write well and present findings to senior audiences
Specific examples of experience with industry tools
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Foreign language skills (spoken, written, or reading)
Experience working in cyber topics
Working knowledge of telecom topics including networks
Experience monitoring and tracking ongoing efforts and communications with multiple stakeholders. A background in organizational skills or as a desk officer is preferred.
