Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program Participate in establishing and defining program requirements Participate in team meetings, teleconferences, working group meetings, program management reviews and technical reviews. Coordinate efforts with the appropriate technical and/or programmatic experts to ensure a complete and quality product. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met Drafting new or revised policies and procedures to include workflow through SharePoint. Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements May perform business development activities Required: BA/BS or equivalent, 2 years of experience Excellent communication skills. Strong research and analytical skills are required.
