- Lead and manage a team of HVAC service technicians
- Ensure top-tier customer experience, efficient scheduling, and dispatch coordination
- Develop training programs to improve technician performance and skill
- Track department KPIs: productivity, callback reduction, profit margins
- Drive results through coaching, accountability, and operational structure
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and call center teams
- Manage service budgets, warranty claims, and daily job expenses
- Enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and company standards
- 5 years of residential HVAC experience
- 3 years in a supervisory or service manager role
- Strong leadership, communication, and training ability
- Results-oriented mindset with an eye for operational improvement
- Technically proficient in service diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software (preferred)
- EPA certification and valid driver’s license (required)
- NATE certification (preferred)
