Assembler 1-4

As an HRT Assembler, you will play a vital role in ensuring that high-quality standards and production schedules are met. This position focuses on developing proficiency in standard assembly practices while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Mastering standard assembly practices within the HRT department to meet efficiency, scheduling, and quality targets.
• Demonstrating flexibility by working extended hours when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and adhering to 6S standards within the department.
• Following all safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements diligently.
• Assisting in the ongoing enhancement of departmental procedures, tools, and strategies.
• Collaborating effectively with internal departments such as Warehouse, Maintenance, Planning, and Quality Control.
• Following the direction and guidance provided by the department manager.
  
  

Your Profile / Qualifications

Profile and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the HRT Assembly Technician role is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and dedicated to quality improvement. Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, though not required; certified vocational degrees are a plus.
• Vocational training or less than 2 years of related assembly experience.
• Basic math skills and comprehension of safety rules.
• Ability to work on concrete surfaces for extended periods, including standing, sitting, reaching, and walking.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate tools and machinery effectively.
