What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brewery Bottling/Canning line Operator position at Geary Brewing?
As a Bottling and Canning Line Operator (also known as Production Operator, Equipment Technician), you'll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the bottle filler, capper, canning line filler and lid seamer, decasing process, and case packing operation. This includes ensuring safety compliance, performing equipment changeovers, meeting daily production goals, and seeking ways to improve performance and quality. You'll also be expected to effectively communicate interdepartmentally and develop skills for career advancement within the organization.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, operate industrial equipment, and lift objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work as a team as well as self-directed.
- Quality inspection experience and good physical health (capable of working on your feet, sitting, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, and squatting).
