Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers to determine which repairs are necessary
- Great understanding of the product, including options, specifications, etc.
- Communicate service price, including tax, and discount if applied
- Submitting work orders to technicians
- Achieve high CSI scores
- Learn to overcome objections and earn the sale
- Availability to work Saturday’s is required
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers
- Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car
- Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times
- Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business

Qualifications

Hiring Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
- This is a driving position that requires an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
