Your profile
- Advanced level of freight forwarding/logistics and its procedures with over 3 years' experience in sector
- Experience on how Systems Integrations are executed and the lifecycle of Project Management
- Work independently despite setbacks, obstacles and work pressures, while remaining optimistic and focused
- You like to think outside the box and can deal with complex situations
- Communicate effectively and provide manager with strategies and solutions to continually improve network, operational processes and IT/software
- Support the implementation of Global IT and Systems initiative for GW North America
- Lead IT integrations with external vendors and customers
- Promote GW digital products within the North America network
- Identify manual repetitive tasks and develop automated solutions
- Support with creation of new business intelligence dashboards and provide training on our business intelligence solutions
- Perform all other additional duties as assigned by management on day-to-day basis
