Position Overview
Title:Restaurant Manager
As aRestaurant Manager, youll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of dedicated staff. Youll ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a positive work environment for your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all hourly staff and restaurant operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Interview, hire, and train team members to maintain high standards.
- Handle administrative tasks, including banking and reporting.
- Lead your team with enthusiasm and a fun, outgoing personality.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.
