We are seeking a General Manager with effective team-building skills to lead a talented hospitality team to success. Our mission is to inspire, care for and touch every person, neighborhood, and city with our experience and through our food, our passion, and our culture.

Summary of Responsibilities
The General Manager (GM) is the face of the restaurant within our communities and to our guests. As a General Manager you are responsible for all facets of restaurant operations dedicated to delivering a warm, authentic and inspiring environment for both guests and team members, thoughtful leadership, and overall restaurant performance.
Our GM will work side by side with the FOH team and in partnership with Chef and back-of-house team to drive total quality, standards and performance.
General Managers are passionate about delivering on the smallest details to uphold and grow the brand. Successful General Managers are strong people developers, teachers, and performance managers, have high personal standards, hold an owner-operator mentality, and are warm and genuine.
Requirements
Minimum of4 years experience working as a General Manager, preferably in a high-volume, full service and / or polished fast-casual restaurantAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailHigh integrity and professionalism
