Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy & Execution :

Develop and implement marketing policies, programs, and campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
Oversee marketing analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Plan and execute communication, public relations, and advertising initiatives to drive guest counts and profitability.

Community Engagement & Brand Development :

Generate new and repeat business through referrals, networking, direct mail, and community marketing techniques.

Build and maintain the brand’s reputation, ensuring alignment with core values.

Quickly and professionally address any issues that arise to protect and enhance the brand.

Content & Menu Management :

Manage new menu rollouts, photoshoots, and menu specials.

Oversee all website-related activities, ensuring an engaging and up-to-date online presence.

Team Leadership :

Coach and support team members to foster a culture of professionalism and creativity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives successfully.

What You Bring to the Table :

5 years of marketing experience in a high-volume atmosphere.

Proficiency in social media management and content creation.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Proven track record of achieving strong financial results through marketing strategies.

A passion for hospitality, with a focus on guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
