Tonkin Gresham Honda is building a new team to help support their large work demand. We are actively pursuing a Parts Counter Advisor to join our ever-growing team! Our dealership is full of employees who have been in the industry for decades and our management team is incredibly supportive and embraces promoting from within.
The Parts Counter Advisor role is paramount to our Parts Department. You will be the direct contact for clients who are in need of buying parts for their vehicle. You also will be the liaison between the Parts and Sales Departments. The ideal Parts Counter Advisor is going to have prior auto parts experience within a dealership setting.
Parts Counter Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Providing customer service to customers.
- Maintaining and tracking inventory.
- Ordering supplies for a dealership or auto service center.
- Advise customers about the equipment and parts available for a specific vehicle or car brand.
- Help facilitate and track sales of parts.

Parts Counter Advisor Qualifications
- Previous CDK experience preferred but not required.
- 1 years of Dealership experience.
- 1 years of Auto Parts experience.
- Warm and friendly personality.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
