Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Processing: Receive daily returns from various carriers; unpack and sort items based on condition and category.
- WMS Management: Accurately log all returned items into the Warehouse Management System (WMS); update order statuses and ensure data integrity.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for wear, damage, or defects to determine if they can be restocked, refurbished, or disposed of.
- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the Inventory and Procurement teams to report discrepancies, stock shortages, or recurring product issues.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and efficient returns workstation to ensure a safe and productive flow of goods.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar inventory software.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor defects and accurately input complex SKU data.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 40 lbs] regularly.
