Description
GEL, LLC is a family owned and operated company that services Volusia county and its surrounding counties. We are looking to add to the team a field operations manager. The manager will be meeting with the crews and making sure they have everything they need to start their day.
Responsibilities:
- Visit Job sites
- Conduct monthly safety meetings
- Improve processes to make the crews more efficient
- Ensure PMs on equipment/vehicles are being performed
- Recruit to fulfill open positions
- Maintain clear communications with upper management
- Maintain communications with the dispatcher

Requirements
- 5 years management experience
- Experience in implementing and improving process
