Gelato & Co Katy LLC in Katy, TX is looking for one barista / gelato server to join our team. We are located at La Centerra in Katy (23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd, suite E100, 77495). Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. This position hopefully would lead to us also teaching you the secrets to our gelato! and potentially moving up the ranks as we expand.
We are looking for someone to grow with us! We have stores worldwide, and plan on opening many more here in the US, we are looking for someone we can trust, develop and grow!
As a server, you will provide the best in-store experience to our customers. You will be in charge of greeting, taking orders, making suggestions, preparing orders and taking the payment. Gelato, coffee, pastry, crepes, just to name a few of our products you will learn to serve.
You will promote the Gelato & Co brand and develop in-store sales whilst maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
The workplace will be upbeat and FAST PACED! You will need to be sharp and energetic.

Qualifications
- Great customer service skills and a friendly personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be quick on your feet!
- Ability to work quickly, consistently, and efficiently on the counter line.
- Commitment to good hygiene and professional appearance
- Be able to work flexibly! We need someone who will be able to work during the weekdays and weekend
- Full time availability, no restrictions
