Gem Mazda is seeking a new Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.
Required Skills:
- Experienced Dealership Service Advisor,

- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Must be able to work Saturdays and most holidays
- Automotive knowledge,
- Valid Drivers License,
Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Greet customers & assist with their needs
- Perform vehicle walk around & notate customer concerns
- Consult with customer on applicable service specials
- Communicate with technicians on vehicle needs
- Document declined services and ask to follow-up for future considerations.
- Ensure customer has continued communications for updates, changes, service expenses, and completion time
- Set service appointments
- Verify that all customer data is accurate
- Handle customer loaners
- Delivery vehicle check-in
- Assisting with customer retention program
- Handle warranty claims

Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm and Saturdays 8:00am - 1:00pm. Off every Sunday.
