What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of diesel engines and related systems, including fuel, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and exhaust systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the optimal performance and safety of vehicles.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members regarding repair recommendations and timelines.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest diesel technology and industry best practices through ongoing training.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Diesel Technician (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently identify and resolve complex issues.
• Proficiency in using a variety of diagnostic tools and software.
• Solid understanding of diesel engine mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background
• ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred
