Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides daily support to sales force and branch personnel on pricing issues.
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides daily support to sales force and branch personnel on pricing issues.
- Prepares special customer pricing quotations.
- Assists with claiming and all related claiming activities, including serial number coordination, with branch personnel, as needed.
- Works with accounting, when needed, to clear monthly aging reports.
- Identifies low margin issues.
- Prepares and analyzes reports.
- Coordinates Vendor setup and maintenance as requested - gathering forms, obtain approvals,etc.
- Compiles information from periodicals, catalogs, etc. to keep informed on price trends.
- Other duties and ad hoc reporting as requested.
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance preferred or 5 years of related experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to prepare and analyze data
- Beginner to intermediate user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 3 years of experience in pricing, financial accounting or business planning desired.
