Boring Mill Operator
Full-Time – Hourly, Non-Exempt (40 hrs/week; additional hours as needed to support organization and individual goals)

What this work looks like:
- Inspects all container/liners that enter work area
- Lifts work piece manually and/or with hoist, positions and secures work piece in holding device, machine table, centers, or fixture
- Sets up and operates container/liner furnace to job specifications
- Sets up and operates container/liner upender to job specifications
- Sets up and operates hone machine to job specifications
- Sets up and operates large manual lathe to job specifications
- Reads blueprint or job order for specifications, tooling instructions, and set up instructions
- Records starting values and end values of work piece on inspection reports according to blueprint specifications
- Documents the time spent for each order on daily time ticket for tracking and cost analysis
What you need to win:
- High Scholl diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to complete basic math functions
- Ability to analyze information and report research results
- The ability to be creative, innovative, detail oriented, and work independently
