Job Specifics: The Outpatient Director will be responsible for the overall clinical, administrative, and fiscal operations of the Outpatient Mental Health Program. Oversee and monitor program compliance; implement strategies to achieve goals developed for the department as part of the organization’s annual operating plan; ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; directly supervise assigned personnel; communicate with appropriate management and staff personnel; providing periodic reports.
Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human service field required; valid clinical license for the practice of Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) strongly preferred.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' post graduate experience working in the child welfare and mental health systems, including individual, family, and group therapy. Demonstrated experience including two (2) to three (3) years of program administration and clinical supervision.
