The Lodge at Eagle Ridge is a Premier GenCare Lifestyle community located overlooking beautiful downtown Renton with Independent and Assisted Living Residents. We offer a fun working environment, set schedules, competitive wages, benefits and opportunities for advancement.
We are currently seeking a qualified Full Time Concierge who is a highly focuses customer service individual for our front desk. Competitive wages are dependent on experience.
Full Time benefits are paid sick, vacation, paid holidays, 99% paid medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, 401k after 6 months with employer match after 1 year, Employee Assistance program, free meal while on duty and Perks a discount programs with many participants including monthly cell phone discounts. Job Duties include but not limited to:
- Greeting and directing families and tours.
- Providing heavily focused customer service to callers and guests.
- Operate telephone and direct calls on a multi-line phone system,
- General clerical responsibilities.
- Assist Department Mangers as needed.
- Problem solve and meet the needs of residents and family members.
- Build relationships with residents and their family members.
- Ensure resident safety and confidentiality at all times

Pay: $20.75 to 22.00 per hour dependent on experience

Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or Senior Living setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace
- Professional demeanor
- Mature, cheerful personality
