D411 Life Cycle Support (LCS) is seeking a Program Representative to join our team. The Program Representative is responsible for managing a variety of tasks associated with material support for Ship Alterations. The position will have the opportunity to work with Finance, Contracts, Engineering, Washington Engineering Office, related Program Office roles, as well as SUPSHIP and NAVSEA.
Responsibilities will include balancing budgets and generating financial metrics, strategic planning & scheduling of tasking, use of ARTEMIS for tracking cost and schedule, and interfacing with the customer.
This role will require some travel which will include Washington Engineering Office in Washington DC, vendor locations, and off-site EB locations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related experience
Preferred:
- Past experience working in Naval Shipyard environment
- Proven background of Project or Administrative Management
- Experience working with DoD Contracts
- EVMS knowledge that supports Project Management
- Working experience with ATREMIS
Skills
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and analytical skills
