What You'll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across assigned areas, including hallways, public spaces, and back-office areas.
- Operate the hotel's airport shuttle
- Assist the housekeeping and engineering teams with tasks such as delivering supplies and setting up equipment.
- Ensure a safe and hazard-free environment by adhering to established cleaning and maintenance guidelines.
- Respond promptly to guest or team member requests and provide exceptional service support.
- Perform minor maintenance repairs or escalate issues to the appropriate department as necessary.
- Support with inventory management and replenishment of supplies in designated areas.
- Collaborate with the team to address any operational concerns and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
- Prior experience in a housekeeping, janitorial, or maintenance role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills.
- Physically capable of performing tasks that include lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
