George created the company in 2014 to provide high-quality tuxedo and suit rentals, competitively priced, and in the most convenient way possible -- shipped directly to your door. Generation Tux is a growth-stage startup, and we need your help taking our growth to the next level.
Generation Tux is currently looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Customer Service team. Applicants should be reliable, hard-working, detail-oriented, and be able to problem-solve. A typical day includes regular contact with customers by phone and email as well as other office duties as assigned. Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- 2 years working in customer service (in person or virtually)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability and knowledge using computers and various platforms(email, chat, social media) to answer customer needs
Schedules Available
Wednesday - Sunday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
*Sunday offers shift differential
Monday - Friday 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
