The Resident Care Coordinator position is critical within our health care department. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position directly supervises the Memory Care team at the assigned community. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The Executive Director must be consulted before disciplinary action is taken.
- Recognize changes in resident condition and report to the nurse.
- Monitor and oversee the Memory Care team schedule.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
- Assume responsibility for medication administration in the Memory Care program.
- Monitor vital signs and weight of residents.
- Practice redirection, re-approach, and validation whenever possible.
- Maintain frequent, open contact with team members and families.
- Supervise caregivers and ensures resident cleanliness and safety.
- Attend mandatory meetings as scheduled by Executive Director.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident, community, employee, and company
- Current HCA/NAR/CNA
- Have nurse delegation/diabetes to pass medication
- Perform other duties as assigned

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:
- Healthcare management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CNA in Idaho (Preferred)
