Job Summary:
We are in search of a highly skilled Home Health Administrator with a solid background in healthcare management and a strong network in the senior care market in Pinellas County, FL. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient management and high-quality service delivery in a home health setting.
- Leverage extensive local networks to drive business growth and expand client base through innovative marketing strategies and community outreach.
- Spearhead strategic planning and execution to enhance operational efficiency, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of care, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability and high performance, aligning staff with the agency's goals and values.
- Manage and build a team of 3-5 office personnel, empowering them to succeed and adapt to the evolving needs of our clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, families, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies, ensuring exemplary service and effective communication.
- Handle financial management tasks including budgeting, forecasting, and managing operational expenses.
- Direct recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, fostering a skilled and committed workforce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in healthcare management, particularly within home care or senior care environments.
- Well-connected in the senior care market of Pinellas County, FL, with a track record of leveraging relationships to facilitate business growth.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and market home care services effectively.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience building and managing successful teams.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, especially in Florida.
