Position:
- Labor Relations Attorney
- Civil Service Title: Labor Relations Coordinator
Qualifications:
· Possession of Juris Doctor Degree from a NYS school or Regionally accredited law school
· Attorney admitted to practice in NYS or soon to be
· Experience and/or education in public sector labor law, education law, collective bargaining and human resources preferred
Duties:
· Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements for school districts
· Serve as hearing officer in student discipline hearings
· Conduct Investigations
· Provide other labor law counsel and other services as needed
Location:
- Le Roy, NY
Salary:
- $90,000-$96,000
- Full time with benefits and NYS Pension
- Potential to be .5 FTE or 1.0 FTE
