What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Management System Manager position at Genesis Motor?

Lead the strategy and integration of field training tools, methods, and practices to enhance field employee skillsets.
Work in partnership with Dealer and Technical Training Teams, HR, Digital Business Planning, Genesis, HAEA, Sales/Field Ops, and Dealers to develop a comprehensive, personalized Field Management Training curriculum.
Serve as the primary interface to internal, region, and dealer staff regarding Hyundai's LMS and Field Training initiatives.
