Business Systems Analyst for Datalake Project

Genesis10 is currently seeking a IT Business Systems Analyst for a 12 month contract role with our client in St. Paul, MN. This role is primarily remote, but candidates must be local to the Minneapolis/St. Paul market as occasional onsite may be required for training or for stakeholder meetings.

The project we are seeking a resource for is :

• The Data Transformation project aims to build an Azure Data Lakehouse. As client continues to modernize its data infrastructure, the need for a scalable, efficient, and compliant solution for data storage, analytics, and federally mandated reporting has become increasingly critical.
• An Azure Data Lakehouse has an architecture that merges the flexibility o/f a data lake with the structured management of a data warehouse, enabling seamless data integration, advanced analytics, and robust reporting capabilities.
• The IT Business Systems Analyst will work closely with a product owner and team (consisting of a product owner, two data analysts, and a vendor Azure developer) to successfully deliver the data lake.
• They will document requirements, perform data mapping, create a data dictionary, capture data rules, and reporting requirements.
• They will lead the team as an Agile scrum master, perform scrum ceremonies such as daily check-ins, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• This position will work with the team to transition the support to client staff.
  
  

Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay rate $65.00 to $75.00/Hr.

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
