Responsibilities:
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Data Management
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Data Management assignments, conducting research and evaluating alternatives for low-to-medium risk deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations, exercising independent judgment while gaining a deeper understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Provide information and support to client personnel in Data Management
- Analyze and respond to business issues and inquiries to maintain data quality and compliance standards
- Research and resolve data conflicts, discrepancies, and issues
- Work under limited supervision to analyze complex system-related and customer issues, interpret data, and identify trends requiring escalation
- Support small projects requiring coordination and contribute to task forces or project teams.
- Follow department and risk guidelines to ensure data integrity and compliance
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and issue resolution
- Experience working with data management systems, specifically WCIS or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data trends
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of risk and compliance standards related to data quality and management
