We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Delivery nursing and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to mothers and their newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. This will include assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
In addition to providing exceptional patient care, the Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
