Overview
This role is responsible for driving renewal performance, customer retention, and pricing execution across our preventive maintenance and recurring services portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a blend of commercial leadership, process discipline, and strong financial acumen in a services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute GenServe’s company-wide renewal strategy across preventive maintenance and recurring service contracts.
- Drive renewal rate, on-time renewal execution, and customer retention across all regions and branches.
- Lead renewal forecasting, pipeline management, and attrition analysis.
- Establish standardized renewal processes, timelines, and workflows across a multi-branch organization.
- Partner with Pricing and Finance to implement annual price increases and improve contract margin performance.
- Lead and develop a centralized and distributed renewals team, including performance management and coaching.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Service Operations, Finance, and IT to improve customer outcomes and renewal efficiency.
- Build and maintain renewal dashboards and KPIs; present performance and risks to senior leadership.
- Motivates staff through recognition and rewards for outstanding productivity and achievement of key goals.
- Plays a leadership role in annual goal setting and weekly 1-1s.
- Leads design and implementation of consistent, efficient, effective, and scalable workflows and processes.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in renewals, revenue operations, sales operations, or contract management.
- Proven track record leading teams in a services, industrial, or recurring revenue business.
- Strong pricing, margin, and financial acumen.
- Experience operating in a PE-backed or high-performance environment preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes across multi-location organizations.

Salary : $90,000 - $104,000
