What You’ll Do

• Drive Manufacturing Excellence : Analyze and improve manufacturing methods, personnel utilization, and production equipment to achieve top-notch efficiency and quality.
• Lead Capital Equipment Projects : Develop technical requirements for purchasing and implementing equipment, including supplier management, plant layout design, installation, and training.
• Enhance Processes : Create and update manufacturing procedures, train technicians, and manage database and workflow improvements.
• Optimize Workspaces : Design efficient layouts for equipment, materials, and workspaces to maximize productivity and streamline operations.
• Own Regulatory Compliance : Develop and maintain Bills of Operations within an ERP system and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Bring

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).

Technical Expertise :

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SolidWorks.

Project Leadership :

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-department teams with minimal guidance.

Compliance :

U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required for regulatory compliance.
