Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in your care
- Advocate for resident rights and provide emotional support
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Experience :
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of hospice care, social work, and first aid is a plus
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is desired
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
