Our well established GC clients is looking to hire a Project Manager for their healthcare division. They are looking for someone with large commercial healthcare or related project experience.
Experience:
-5 years of commercial construction experience
-Healthcare project experience preferred
Responsibilities:
-This position is responsible for managing highly complex and detailed construction projects while staying on schedule and meeting the client's needs from project start to close
-The Project Manager will own the lead role and guide the project team in their assigned duties and ensure excellent communication and documentation are viewed as a priority
-Prepares project status reports and works to ensure work adheres to contract specifications
-Create and execute project work plans
Compensation:
-Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 (company vehicle, fuel card, per diem)
-Bonus: 10% plus ESOP profit sharing
-Healthcare, medical, dental, 401k, etc.
