Typical Duties (Illustrative, not inclusive):
- Perform in-home electrical services- Handle repairs, installations, replacements, and testing of electrical circuits, systems, and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical issues - Use your expertise with tools and testing instruments to solve complex problems and provide excellent service
- Ensure safety - Maintain proper care of equipment and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others
- Collaborate with our customer service, dispatch, and technician teams - Work together to ensure customer satisfaction and business success
- Flexibility - Take on a variety of tasks and contribute to the growth of the company
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician in the state of MN required
- Valid Driver's License (No drug test required)
- Strong experience with electrical equipment, circuitry, lighting/switching, and other residential electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills - Work closely with customers and your team to ensure smooth operations
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
