What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Care Support - Wisconsin position at GEO Analytical?
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage incoming calls ensuring customer satisfaction. The applicant will be required to follow inhouse procedures and should be flexible and personable.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high quality customer service over the phone
* Answering general customer questions and doing required research if necessary.
* Answering heavy inbound calls and assisting the caller in whatever capacity necessary
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues
* Effectively trouble-shoots issues reported by customers using critical thinking skills and identifying the root-cause.
* Follows issues through to resolution and engages the necessary outside parties when appropriate.
* Work as a liaison between clients and internal partners
* Manage workflow and multitask while assisting customers over the phone
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail
* Input customer project data into various databases
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Active listening skills
* Must be able to speak and read English fluently
* Ability to work within established turnaround times
* Customer service experience is preferred, but, not necessary. We will Train you to become a pro CSR
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
Pay and Benefits:
* Base rate $24.50 - $50/hr
* 10% shift differential for evening shifts
