Geobear is seeking a qualified Area Sales Manager with experience in home foundation repair, geopolymer injection, geotechnical engineering who is committed to serving homeowners in the Orange County and surrondig areas. You will be covering all of of Southern Callifornia. This is your chance to to work with a global ground engineering company that is a leading authority in providing unique solutions for homeowners.

The right candidate will be highly motivated and have exceptional time management skills. Experience in the construction, ground engineering, or geopolymer industry is a requirement.
The right candidate will have:
- 5 years (or equivalent) working in the residential home sector;
- Relevant experience in construction, engineering, foundation, or geopolymer sectors;
- Proven knowledge of ground engineering, settlement, or subsidence solutions for residential markets and soil mechanics or geotechnics;
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com;
- Experience in a sales-related role including CRM, meeting performance targets, logging activities, maintaining customer records, and handling quotes.
