Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator – Cash Applications is responsible for performing the functions of accounts receivable in the cash application department.
Job Duties: -
- Enters deposit information into the accounting system
- Retrieves and organizes daily deposits from various banks and banking institutions
- Downloads and transfers AR files and completes intra-company write-offs and forwards information to the appropriate parties
- Handles discrepancies and issues with daily deposits
- Runs AR reports along with duties and functions related to cash application
Other duties as required and assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training
PC proficiency with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles, and is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and temperate climate conditions.

Salary : $37,000 - $46,900
