Position Summary:
The Director of Project Execution is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing project delivery, field execution, and continuous improvement across our North American operations. This role directly supervises Project Management and Field Service teams to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget project completion while elevating our standards and execution practices company-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a culture of health and safety across all job sites and teams.
- Lead, develop, and manage the U.S. Project Management and Field Services teams.
- Drive standardization through the implementation of a Project Execution Manual and best practices.
- Oversee constructability planning, installation, commissioning, and warranty support.
- Collaborate with Sales and Estimating on project proposals and pursuit strategy.
- Support ERP implementation and drive digital tool adoption (e.g., Procore).
- Reduce warranty costs and improve field service deliverables.
- Lead resource planning, training, and succession development for future leadership.
- Coordinate cross-location collaboration and maximize workforce utilization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 10 years of progressive project or operations leadership experience; 5 years in a multi-site or senior-level role.
- Experience in engineered systems, industrial construction, or automation projects.
- Deep knowledge of project execution, constructability, and field service operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and digital project tools such as Procore.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven success in driving standardization, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Competitive base salary ($160,000 – $190,000 DOE)
