Our Opportunity
GPJ is hiring an Account Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is hybrid, requiring you to report on-site to our Los Angeles office location a minimum of 2 days per week.
Your Role
In your role, you provide essential support to your Account Team, covering a wide range of tasks. This includes administrative duties, scheduling, keeping everyone in the loop with project status updates, and making sure documents are well-edited and properly formatted.
You work closely with the Account Lead, assisting with project management activities at the account level. This involves helping to plan and coordinate various aspects of your projects to ensure they run smoothly.
One of your key responsibilities is to document the outcomes and actions from your internal and client meetings. This helps you keep track of decisions made and tasks assigned, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
To better serve your clients, you've been working on building a deeper understanding of their business and industry. This involves conducting project-related research and compiling findings that can inform your strategies and approaches.
Additionally, you've learned how to manage simple budgets and maintain fiscal responsibility in your day-to-day work. This ensures that you stay on track financially while delivering high-quality services to your clients.
Your Skills
- Understands basic math and simple budget concepts
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software including PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook. Previous experience with ERP, Project Management software, or similar tool is preferred.

Your Experience
0-2 years of experience; industry related preferred
4 Year College Degree desired; preferred in Marketing/Advertising/Event Management/Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or other related field

You will work closely with Integrated Production, Creative, Strategy, Account Operations, Fabrication
Salary Range: $50k - $55k
Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location.
