- Establishes child support obligations and ensures that such obligations are met.
- Communicates with clients and other constituents via telephone, email, correspondence and direct contact to ensure that support obligations are met.
- Manages a caseload to ensure that child support obligations are met.
- Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma/GED AND Two (2) years of direct job-related experience.
- One (1) year of experience at the lower level Child Support Services Agent 1 (SST060) or position equivalent.
- High school diploma or GED AND Two (2) years of experience in roles such as interviewing, collections, customer service, bookkeeping, legal or paralegal work, or similar related fields.
- High school diploma or GED AND Two (2) years of experience working in a professional office environment.
